Welcome to Sylvester Palm Nursery. By subscribing to our updates or giving us your contact information through our website, you agree to the terms below. We've kept this in plain English because we believe in being straightforward with our customers.

Our Text Message Program
Program name: Sylvester Palm Nursery Alerts.
When you give us your mobile number through the sign-up form on our website, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sylvester Palm Nursery at the number you provided, including messages sent by autodialer. These cover new palm arrivals, seasonal availability, subscriber-only pricing, and order updates.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy a palm from us without ever giving us your number.
- Message frequency varies. In practice we send a handful of messages a month, more during our busy season.
- Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.
- You must be 18 or older and the account holder, or have the account holder's permission, to sign up.
Stopping or Getting Help
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message from us. We'll send one confirmation and then stop. You can rejoin at any time by signing up again on our website.

Carriers and Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive.
If you change or give up your mobile number, please let us know so we don't keep messaging a number that is no longer yours.
Our $50 Off Offer
The $50 discount offered to new subscribers applies to a single palm purchase, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say otherwise. Mention it when you place your order. We may change or end the offer at any time, but we will honor any discount already claimed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally as our practices evolve. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects our text message program, we'll tell current subscribers before it takes effect.
